Realism Issues with the Desert Eagle:

The Desert Eagle in real life is a single action weapon. This means that the hammer must be down in order for the pistol to fire. However, the model shows that the hammer is up - meaning that you could sit and pull the trigger all day long, but you would never get a shot off.

There's also the issue of using what is primarily a target shooting and a hunting pistol in a combat situation. The Desert Eagle weighs four and a half pounds, unloaded. That is more than some submachine guns. No real life operator is likely to carry a weapon with such bulk and weight and low magazine capacity. To include it is a stretch of the imagination. Some terrorists may use it as a intimidation weapon, but counter-terrorists most likely would not. To say that it is a combat weapon is absurd; it doesn't even make much of a home defense weapon.
